Amendment of provisions of law 2168/1993 "Regulation of issues regarding weapons, ammunition, explosive substances, explosive devices and other provisions" (Gov. Gaz. No A΄ 147) and adjustment to the provisions of Directive 2009/43/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 May 2009 simplifying terms and conditions of transfers of defense-related products within the Community (OJ L 146, 10.6.2009) as amended by Directive 2010/80/EU as regards the list of defence-related products (OJ C 69, 18.3.2010).
