Parliamentary Activities
• 2009-2012 Elected MP for Drama with the Panhellenic Socialist Movement (PASOK) party – the very first woman to be elected MP in the history of Drama.
• 2015-2019 Elected MP for Drama with the PASOK - Democratic Coalition party.
• 2019- Re-elected MP for Drama with the PASOK - Kinima Allagis party.
In the past, she has served as:
• Head of the Culture and Sports Sector of the PASOK - Democratic Coalition party in Parliament.
• Secretary of the Presidium of the Hellenic Parliament (2017-2019).
• 2nd Vice-Chair of the Special Permanent Committee on Equality, Youth and Human Rights.
• Secretary of the Special Permanent Committee on Research and Technology.
• Secretary of the Standing Committee on Public Administration, Public Order and Justice.
• Secretary of the Subcommittee for people with disabilities.
She is currently serving as:
• Head of the Education, Research and Religious Affairs Sector of the PASOK - Kinima Allagis party in Parliament.
• Secretary of the Special Standing Committee on European Affairs.
• Member of the Standing Committee on Cultural and Educational Affairs.
• Member of the Committee on the Parliament’s Library.
• Member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC).

Political/Social Activities
• 2002-2006 Vice Prefect for Athens, responsible for Works, Town Planning and the Environment, as elected Prefectural Councilor with PASOK (Genimata-Sgouros).
• 2006-2009 Deputy Prefect for Athens (re-elected Prefectural Councilor for Athens).
• Member of the PASOK Central Committee and Political Council.
