Kyriakos Velopoulos is a member of the Greek Parliament, elected in the second Region of Thessaloniki in
2007 and 2009. He is a member of the Permanent Educational Committee and the Permanent Regional
Matters Committee of the Greek Parliament.

He has written sixteen Historical and Political books. He played an active role in strengthening the
relationship between Greek migrants and the mother country Greece.
