Parliamentary Activities
He was first elected as Member of Parliament for the Kavala Regional Council in the National Elections of
July 7, 2019. He was re-elected as Member of
Parliament for the Kavala Regional Council in the National Elections of May 21 and June 25, 2023.
He is a member of the Standing Committee on Public Administration, Public Order and Justice, the
Standing Committee on National Defense and Foreign
Affairs, of the Special Standing Committee on Armament Programs and Contracts, the Committee on
Public Enterprises, Banks, Public Benefit
Organizations and Social Security Institutions, the Finance Committee of the Parliament, the NATO
Parliamentary Assembly (NATO PA) and President of the
Greece-Indonesia Friendship Parliamentary Group.
Since March 21, 2025, he served as the Parliamentary Representative of New Democracy for the issues
within the competence of the Social Affairs
Committee and the Educational Affairs Committee.
On April 3, 2026, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Rural Development and Food, and he resigned on
April 18, 2026.
Political/Social Activities
He served as a Logistics Squadron Leader in the 114th Fighter Wing of the Hellenic Air Force. He was an
associate of the President of
New Democracy, Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, on Press and Communication issues for more than a decade.
He is a graduate of the Journalism and Political Science department at the College of Southeastern Europe.
In January 2016, he was appointed Director of the Party's Press Office.
In October 2017, he was appointed Communications Advisor to the President of New Democracy.
At the same time, he assumed responsibility for shaping the Party's economic, social and communication
policy in the Eastern
Macedonia-Thrace Region.
