Amendments to the National Customs Code for the strengthening of the fight against the illicit tobacco trade and manufactured tobacco and Establishment of a Co-ordination Centre for the fight against tobacco smuggling, harmonization of the Hellenic legislation to the Decision 2009/917/JHA of the Council of 30 November 2009 on the use of information technology for customs purposes and other provisions of the competence of the Ministry of Finance and incorporation to the national legislation of articles 15, 16 and 18 of Directive 2014/40/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 April 2014 on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States concerning the manufacture, presentation and sale of tobacco and related products and repealing Directive 2001/37/EC and other provisions.
