Participation of Parliamentary Delegation in Interparliamentary Conference on Economic Governance in EU
The main and current issues concerning the green transition, the European fiscal rules and the EU's cohesion policies were discussed at the proceedings of the Interparliamentary conference on Stability, Economic Coordination and Governance in the EU (SECG), held in Budapest on 3 and 4 October, with the participation of a large number of MPs from the national parliaments of the EU, as well as MEPs.
The Conference was organised by the Parliament of Hungary in the framework of the parliamentary dimension of the Hungarian Presidency of the EU Council. The Hellenic Parliament was represented by the members of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Harry Theocharis and Notis Mitarakis as well as Konstantinos Barkas, member of the Special Standing Committee on European Affairs.
