Parliamentary Activities

He was elected first Member of Parliament for Pieria in the National Elections of July 7, 2019.
He served as President of the Greece–Slovenia Parliamentary Friendship Group and Member of the Parliamentary Committee on Educational Affairs and the Special Permanent Committee on Environment of the Hellenic Parliament. He delivered 66 speeches in the Plenary Session of the Hellenic Parliament and submitted 14 parliamentary reports and 13 questions.
He was re-elected first MP for Pieria in the National Elections of May 21 and June 25, 2023.
He is currently a member of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs, the Standing Committee on Social Affairs, the Special Permanent Committee for Monitoring the Social Security System and the Economic Affairs Committee of the Hellenic Parliament.
Since 6/10/25, he serves as Dean of the Hellenic Parliament and President of the Parliament Library Committee.
He is Vice President of the Economic Affairs Committee of the Hellenic Parliament and President of the Greece–Iraq Friendship Group.

Political/Social Activities

He served as Secretary General of N.O.D.E. Pieria.
He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and in 2010 was elected member of the Assembly of Representatives of the Chamber.
He is a Board Member of S.F.K. Pierikos Archelaos Basketball Team and founding member of the Alzheimer and Related Disorders Society of Pieria.
He holds certifications from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission:
a) Investment Advisory Services Officer
b) Investment Advisor for Derivatives Market. He worked for many years in the private sector as an executive in a stock brokerage company, in a publishing company and as a business consultant.
He writes articles for local and national print and electronic media.
He has participated in numerous conferences, workshops, educational programs and seminars.
