Parliamentary Activities

He was elected Member of the Parliament with SYRIZA on the elections of the 7th of July 2019.
He is a member of the Standing Committee on Public Administration, Public Order and Justice as well as of the Special Permanent Committee on Environmental Protection.

Political/Social Activities

During University, he was elected Secretary of the Law Students’ Council. For 9 consequent years, he was member of the board of Corfu’s Bar Association.
1995-2002: Elected member of Corfu’s Prefecture Council.
During his term, he was appointed as President of Corfu’s Vocational Training Centre.
2003-2007: Elected member of the Regional Council of Ionian Islands.
2007-2010: Mayor of Municipality of Esperia, Corfu.
2010-2014: Head of Opposition in the Municipal Council of Corfu as candidate Mayor.
