Every week, the Hellenic Parliament Television offers a rich musical programme, consisting of famous operas, great musical works and international symphonic and ecclesiastical productions, as well as documentaries on leading personalities of the Hellenic and international musical history.

Selected musical programmes and operas are introduced by musicologist Costas Kakavelakis, in an attempt to initiate the viewer to the magical world of music and to bolster the importance and function of music in modern society.

In addition, during the non-broadcasting hours, the channel’s signal appears on screen on a background of classical music themes drawn from the works of the world’s greatest composers.
