President of Parliament declared opening of 15th General Assembly of World Hellenic Inter-Parliamentary Association - N. Kaklamanis: "It is our duty to respect religious freedoms and the right to express our beliefs without fear"

"At a time when global developments force us to be constantly vigilant, to act quickly and effectively, and to work methodically and persistently for the benefit of the states and peoples that elected us, I welcome you to the 15th General Assembly of the World Hellenic Inter-Parliamentary Association." With these words, the President of the Hellenic Parliament, Mr Nikitas Kaklamanis, declared open the proceedings of the 15th General Assembly of the World Hellenic Inter-Parliamentary Association (WHIA), which is being held from today until July 25 in the Senate Hall of the Parliament.
