Sharp criticism towards Turkey by Vasilis A. Ypsilantis during his first participation in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe

Sharp criticism against Turkey, both for its internal democratic backsliding and its revisionist ambitions at the expense of Greece via the so-called "Blue Homeland", was voiced by the Quaestor of the Parliament and New Democracy MP for the Dodecanese, Vasilis A. Ypsilantis, during his first speech as a member of the Greek Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
