Bureau of Committee on Greeks Abroad meets with delegation of diaspora organisation AHEPA
An 11-member delegation of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA), which is visiting Greece, headed by its president, Mr Savas Tsivicos, met today with the Bureau of the Committee on Greeks Abroad of the Hellenic Parliament.
The Bureau of the Committee consisted of the Chair Mr Filippos Fortomas, the 1st Deputy-Chair Mr Georgios Nikitiadis and the 2nd Deputy-Chair Mrs Ειrini (Nina) Kasimati. After welcoming the delegation, they briefly described the role and the actions of the Committee stressing that we are on a common path that intersects and meets on issues concerning the Greek Diaspora.
