D. Kairidis meets with Ambassador of Argentina to Athens

A meeting was held today between the Deputy Chair of the Standing Committee on National Defence and Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Parliament, Mr D. Kairidis, and the Ambassador of Argentina to Athens, Mr Luis Alfredo Azpiazu. The Ambassador of Argentina presented in detail his country’s candidacy, that of Mr Rafael Mariano Grossi, for the position of Secretary-General of the United Nations, and requested Greece’s support for this candidacy.
