Hellenic Parliament President Nikitas Kaklamanis meets with Ambassador of Republic of Cuba

The President of the Hellenic Parliament, Mr Nikitas Kaklamanis, met today with the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Mr Aramis Fuente Hernández.

Mr N. Kaklamanis, after expressing his concern about developments in the Middle East, stressed that we are going through “a period of unrest and multi-layered conflicts.”

“Greece and Cuba,” Mr Kaklamanis continued, “despite the geographical distance, are connected by long-standing bonds of friendship. Parliamentary cooperation, particularly through the respective Friendship Groups, plays a decisive role in deepening our bilateral parliamentary relations.”
