Meeting of European Parliament Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE)

The European Commission's annual report on the Rule of Law in Greece was on the agenda of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) of the European Parliament. Representative from national parliaments participated in the meeting. The Hellenic Parliament was represented by MPs Vasileios Ipsilantis, Theodora Tzakri and Evangelia Liakouli, members of the Committee on Public Administration, Public Order and Justice. 

Speaking on the Rule of Law were Messrs Vasileios Ipsilantis, Didier Reynders, Commissioner for Justice, Pascual Ignacio Navarro Ríos, Spain's Secretary of State for the European Union, Till Steffen, member of the German Bundestag, Berry Ward, member of Parliament from Ireland and Theresa Scavenius, member of Parliament from Denmark.
