Greece-Belgium Parliamentary Friendship Group meets with Belgian Ambassador

A meeting between the Chair and the Vice-Chair of the Greece-Belgium Parliamentary Friendship Group, Mr Emmanouil Konsolas and Mr Evangelos Liakos respectively, and the Belgian Ambassador to Greece, Mr Marc Calcoen, took place today at the Hellenic Parliament.

The meeting focused on issues of cooperation between the two countries and ways to strengthen bilateral relations within the framework of parliamentary diplomacy. There was also reference to the area of mutual support for candidacies in International Organisations.
