Chairperson of Special Permanent Committee on Greeks Abroad meets with delegation from Greek American School

A delegation of students, teachers and parents of the New York City public school "Hellenic Classical Charter Schools", where the Greek language is taught, met today with the Chairperson of the Special Permanent Committee on Greeks Abroad Filippos Fortomas.

The meeting took place as part of the school's educational visit to Athens. The school teaches Greek and Latin not only to students of Greek origin, but also to children who want to learn the Greek language and culture.
