Official visit of Filippos Fortomas to the Phanar and the Greek community of Constantinople

The Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and the historical community of the Greeks in Istanbul officially visited the Chair of the Special Permanent Committee on Greeks Abroad, Member of Parliament for Cyclades Filippos Fortomas, during the three-day period from 22 to 24 March.
