Chair of Greece-Cuba Friendship Group meets with Ambassador of Cuba to Greece

A formal meeting was held today at the Hellenic Parliament between the Chair of the Greece-Cuba Parliamentary Friendship Group, Mr Georgios Amyras, and the Cuban Ambassador to Greece, Mr Aramis Fuente Hernández.

During the discussion, the Chair of the Parliamentary Friendship Group, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of diplomatic relations and inspired by the respect of both countries for the values of peace and solidarity, expressed the satisfaction of the Greek side " with the breadth of the cooperation framework, which extends from international organisations (UN Security Council and Human Rights Council) to areas related to the promotion of exchanges in fields important to both peoples, such as sports."
