Members of Budget Committee of Berlin State Parliament at Hellenic Parliament

The Hellenic Parliament visited today the MPs and members of the Budget Committee of the Berlin State Parliament. The members of the German delegaion headed by the Chair of the Budget Committee, Stephan Schmidt, had the opportunity to exchange views on economic and other issues with Greek MPs, in the context of a joint meeting of the Committee on European Affairs, the Committee on Economic Affairs and the Production and Trade Committee. The German delegation was accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Finance of the State of Berlin, Tanja Mildenberger. 

At the centre of the discussions were the bilateral relations between Greece and Germany, the Greek economy and the challenges facing the EU member states, such as the climate crisis.
