Participation of delegation from National Defence and Foreign Affairs Committee of Hellenic Parliament in Inter-Parliamentary Conference on the Common Foreign and Security Policy

The future of Europe and the enlargement of the EU, the protection of external borders and illegal migration, the ongoing Russian aggression in Ukraine and the priorities of the Common Foreign and Security Policy and the Common Security and Defence Policy were the topics of discussion at the Inter-Parliamentary Conference on CFSP and CSDP, held in Budapest on 9 and 10 September 2024 in the framework of the parliamentary dimension of the Hungarian Presidency of the EU Council.

The Hellenic Parliament was represented by the Deputy Chair of the Standing Committee on National Defence and Foreign Affairs, Mr Dimitris Kairidis, as well as its members, Mr Lazaros Tsavdaridis and Mr Dimitris Mantzos.
