Delegation of Hellenic Parliament at Plenary Session of Parliamentary Assembly of La Francophonie

A delegation from the Hellenic Parliament, consisting of MPs Vassilis Ypsilantis and Katerina Notopoulou, participated in the Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of La Francophonie in Montreal, Canada, on the main topic of Artificial Intelligence.

Mr Ypsilantis referred to the issues raised by the advent of AI into our lives and in particular to the contribution of AI in enhancing parliamentary procedures. AI can, he said, "contribute significantly to various stages of the legislative process, from policy making and agenda-setting to drafting and monitoring legislation".
