1st Vice-President of Parliament and Secretary of Greece-Slovakia Friendship Group meet with Deputy Minister of Education of Slovakia

The close relations of cooperation and mutual assistance in many areas between Greece and Slovakia, especially during the last four years, were the focus of the meeting between the 1st Vice-President of the Parliament, Mr Ioannis Plakiotakis, the Secretary of the Friendship Group of the two countries, Mr Giorgos Stamatis, and the Slovakian Deputy Minister of Education Mr Robert Zsembera, which was held today at the Parliament.

Mr Plakiotakis also highlighted the obvious value of the Memorandum of Understanding (September 2021) in the tourism sector, in relation to the use of direct flights between Athens and Bratislava, which was reflected in the increased number of exchanges, with Greece being the number one choice for Slovak tourists.
