Armenia-Greece Friendship Group at Hellenic Parliament in framework of official visit by delegation from National Assembly of Republic of Armenia to Greece

The members of the Greece–Armenia Friendship Group welcomed today, at the Hellenic Parliament, their Armenian parliamentary counterparts from the Armenia–Greece Friendship Group. The meeting took place on the second day of the official visit to Greece by a parliamentary delegation from Armenia, headed by the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Mr Alen Simonyan, who met with the President of the Hellenic Parliament, Mr Nikitas Kaklamanis.

The Greece–Armenia Friendship Group, represented by its Chair, Mr Vasileios Oikonomou, and members Mr Dimitrios Kouvelas, Mr Michalis Livanos, Mr Andreas Panagiotopoulos, Mr Giorgos Papaïliou, Mr Efstathios Konstantinidis and Mr Miltiadis Zabaras, expressed their satisfaction at the opportunity provided to strengthen exchanges across a wide range of shared interests.
