Chair of Greece-Argentina Parliamentary Friendship Group meets with Ambassador of Argentina

Mr Andreas Katsaniotis, Chair of the Greece–Argentina Parliamentary Friendship Group, met today at the Hellenic Parliament with the Ambassador of Argentina to Athens, Mr Luis Alfredo Azpiazu.

During the meeting, the excellent bilateral relations between the two countries were reaffirmed, marking this year 152 years of uninterrupted diplomatic relations. It was noted that the shared values and principles of the two countries are rooted in respect for human rights and democracy. The mutual intention to further strengthen bilateral relations at the level of parliamentary diplomacy was also highlighted.
