Meeting of 1st Vice-president of Hellenic Parliament with delegation from Hungary-Greece Parliamentary Friendship Group

The strengthening of Greece-Hungary cooperation, both EU and NATO members countries, and the further development of bilateral relations in the fields of trade, investment, green and digital transition, education, culture and tourism were the focus of the meeting which took place at the Hellenic Parliament between the 1st Vice-President, Ioannis Plakiotakis, and a delegation from the Hungary-Greece Parliamentary Friendship Group. The delegation consisted of Dr. István Hiller (Chair of the Hungary-Greece Parliamentary Friendship Group) and MPs Róbert Balázs Simon (Deputy Chair of the Parliamentary Friendship Group) and Laokratisz Koranisz (Honorary Deputy Chair of the Parliamentary Friendship Group and representative of the Greek ethnicity at the Hungarian National Assembly). The delegation was accompanied by the Ambassador of Hungary to Greece, Erik Haupt.
