President of Hellenic Parliament meets with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy – N. Kaklamanis: “Greece stands by Ukraine – Fifty years ago we faced the same issue in Cyprus”

The President of the Hellenic Parliament, Mr Nikitas Kaklamanis, received today at Parliament the President of Ukraine, Mr Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who is on an official visit to Greece.

From the Greek side, the meeting was attended by the Chair of the Greece-Ukraine Friendship Group, Mr Georgios Stamatis, the Secretary-General of Parliament, Mr Vasileios Bagiokos, the Parliament’s Diplomatic Adviser, Ambassador Constantine Economides, and the Greek Ambassador to Ukraine, Mr Pantelis Alexandros Dimitrakopoulos.

The Ukrainian delegation included the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Mr Andiy Yermak, the Deputy Head of the President’s Office and Foreign Policy Advisor, Mr Ihor Brusylo, the Deputy Head of the President’s Office and Military Adviser, Mr Pavlo Palisa, the President’s Strategic Planning Adviser, Mr Oleksandr Kamyshin, and the Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of Ukraine in Athens, Ms Vita Holets.
