Chair of Greece-Chile Parliamentary Friendship Group meets with Ambassador of Republic of Chile

A meeting between the Chair of the Greece–Chile Parliamentary Friendship Group, Mr Christos Stylianides, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Chile to Greece, Mr Juan Manuel Pino Vasquez, was held today at the Hellenic Parliament.

During the meeting, the historically friendly relations between the two countries were reaffirmed. The two sides emphasised that they share common values and principles, including, among others, respect for the rule of law, the pursuit of peace through dialogue, and commitment to the principles of international law and multilateral cooperation. At the same time, ways to further strengthen bilateral parliamentary relations were discussed, including the exchange of visits and the continuation of contacts between the two sides.
