President of Parliament meets with outgoing Ambassador of People's Republic of China

The President of the Hellenic Parliament Mr Constantine Tassoulas today received the outgoing Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Mr Xiao Junzheng, for a formal meeting at the Hellenic Parliament.

The President of the Parliament congratulated the outgoing Ambassador of the People's Republic of China on the completion of his term of office in Athens and praised the excellent bilateral relations between the two countries based on mutual respect and understanding.

Mr Xiao Junzheng thanked Mr Tassoulas for the excellent cooperation and for the invitation he extended to his counterpart to visit Greece at the end of this coming November.

The meeting was also attended by the President's Diplomatic Adviser, Ambassador Constantine Economides and the Director General of International and Public Relations of the Parliament Mrs Margarita Flouda.
