He is graduate of the Department of Financial Studies of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He received his "Master" in Financial Development from the University of Sussex M.B.

Parliamentary Activities

He is elected State member of the Hellenic Parliament with PA.SO.K. at the national elections of 2007 and 2009.

Political/Social Activities

He serves as Press Spokesman of PA.SO.K. since 15.8.2007.
He was Mayor of Paros from 2003 to 2007.
He has been member of the Central Committee of PA.SO.K. from 1994 to 1996.
He was Secretary of PASP UNI from 1991 to 1993. During the same period, he was also member of the Central Council of the National Student Union of Greece (E.F.E.E.).
He was member of the Rector’s Council, the Senate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Central Council of F.E.A.P.TH., from 1986 to 1989.
