Department for MPs and Parties

• Collects official decisions on the inauguration of Members of Parliaments, at each parliamentary term;
• Collects and classifies notifications the Parliament receives on objections raised against the validity of elections;
• Gathers Special Highest Court rulings and, on their basis, proceeds with updates to the MP Register;
• Collects all necessary data on newly elected MPs;
• Collects all MP statements about the party or the group they are members of;
• Is in charge of the MP Registry and any documents or certificates parliamentarians may require on their personal or family status be they still in office or retired;
• Keeps a record of data on the overall activity of MPs;
• Keeps a record of official elections and taking the oath ceremonies by the President of the Republic as well as ceremonies for calling the assembly to meet, the Plenum to convene and dissolve Parliament.
